When Warhammer release, many people will go to it not because they think it will be better, but because they're bored to tears of having played WoW for 4 years.

Warhammer will be moderately successful. It won't beat WoW, not initially anyway...they haven't had anywhere near the development put into it that WoW has, so how could it? Given time...who knows what will happen though?

People leaving for Warhammer will fall under one of the following categories:

- People who are bored simply because they've played WoW a long time

- People disillusioned with Blizzard or WoW in some way

- People who are looking for a better PvP system than eSport

- DAoC fans

- Warhammer lore fans

However, EA Mythic General manager in many interviews already stated WAR wont kill wow, and it's too childish and immature to work so hard on a great game to just say we want to kill/beat wow. EA Mythic is a modest team, but of course they want a share of WoW's huge grasp of MMO subscribers... The bigger picture. They are making a great game, and want to play a great game. If you want to GRIND, or grind the same BGs a couple hundred more times for another year or so? Then so be it. People with a more mature sense for MMOs isn't waiting for someone to beat WoW. We are waiting for a game better then WoW. we are really hoping WAR will be better, because WoW is getting boring. We don't hope to play a game that will "beat" WoW. We just want a better game; and we don't need million of subscribers to have a reason to play a good game.
